General Features

The Legend Systemwrapper is designed in 6 chambers with a frame width of 80 mm. Considering the higher performance criteria in the design of the system, the profiles are created with the most appropriate construction elements. The design process is considered to include the properties for the insulation (heat and sound), resistance, and tightness as the window performance in addition to the profile. The profiles in the systems are manufactured to the standard TS5358-EN12608.

HIGH PERFORMANCE FOR HEAT INSULATION

The Legend PVC window system, In order to offer the best level of heat insulation for your locations, the Legend System is designed in such a way that gathers many important construction elements. This system with 80 mm frame width, 6 chambers, 3 gaskets (middle gasket) included together aims to provide lower heat and conductivity coefficient (Uf). Uf value of the Legend System is 1.17 17 W/m2K. This system is designed with a width of 80 mm so that it allows for the application of triple glass 80 mm in thickness with lower Uf values (0.6. -0.7-0. 7 W/m2K). This ensures a superior U window value (*Uw:0. 95 W/mK) due to the heat conductivity of the window, profile section and the heating value of the glass.

STATIC POWER

The supporting plates used for the profiles in the Legend System have higher static values. This allows for the choice of the most appropriate profiles and plates for the areas. The wind load is stronger than average, considering the static calculations. This higher resistance offered by the supporting plates ensures a wider size of windows, thus enhancing the field of view.

PRODUCT DIVERSITY

The system has a wider group of products. The main profiles in the system are standard frames, casing frames, meeting rails, static meeting rails, casements and casements with drips, inward and outward opening door wings and casement/ wing adaptors. In addition, there is a rich auxiliary profile group to provide solutions for many other details. 90 edge turns, angular edge turns, frontal profiles, elevations, frame extensions, closures and casing profiles etc.

GLASS APPLICATIONS

It is possible to apply glass thicknesses of 24, 30, 36 and 44 mm in the windows and doors. The Legend System offers solutions for all tastes using the variety of color options of Egepen Deceuninck.

SUPERIOR INSULATION

Designed in 5 chambers and, 70 mm frame width, the Zendow System provides excellent performance in respect of the heat insulation. The base heat transmission coefficient (Uf) of the system is 1,3 - 1,4 W/m2K as found out as a result of the tests carried out in the IFT Rosenheim. For the applications with the middle gasket, UF is certified as 1,3 W/m2K.

ACOUSTIC PERFORMANCE

Acoustic insulation is very important for the noisy living spaces of today’s world. The Zendow System incorporates 2-chamber fuses providing better acoustic insulation than those manually inserted. In addition, the existing features of PVC and the multi chamber structure of the Zendow System transform to perfect living spaces even those loud locations with intense traffic requiring a maximum level of acoustic insulation.

General Features

Everest Max System is designed in 4 Chambers with a 70 mm frame width and 2 gaskets. Use of TPE gaskets allows the system to be effectively corner welded, providing a strong level of insulation.

The system has a wider product family with 90 mm and 150 mm of casing profiles, interconnection profiles, angular edge turns, 90° and 135° angular edge turns, drips, aluminum threshold, various closure profiles and windowsill mounting profiles. The heights of the door wing and outward opening door wing profiles are optimized, thus increasing the glass surface, i.e. the field of view. Everest Max System includes the options such as Everest Max frames, casing frames, image frames (L54) etc. in order to provide solutions for different details.

Everest Max System has a special inclined design that speeds up water discharge. The system makes it possible to produce special types of windows such as folding doors, parallel sliding, and outward opening etc. A latch mechanism could be used in the system as advised for safety purposes. These systems are compatible with all other systems (insect screen, shutters, blinds etc.).
